Plans and billing
Porticol sells three plans on Porticol Cloud: Free, Pro and Enterprise. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.
Free
Free needs a free account and covers one person on one computer. You get the full local tool: every protocol, collections, environments, scripts, import and export, the collection runner, local mocks within Free's limits, and history on the computer. Free does not include cloud sync, sharing, shared secrets, monitors, in-app Git sync or CI tokens for cloud collections.
Sign in with Google, GitHub or email. The desktop app works offline and checks the account at least every 30 days.
Pro and Enterprise
Pro is for teams that share collections and secrets on Porticol Cloud. Enterprise adds single sign-on, custom roles, audit export and related controls. Enterprise is sold with at least 10 seats.
Both are billed per seat, per month, in US dollars, through Dodo Payments, which is the seller and merchant of record. Invoices and tax are handled there. Subscriptions renew monthly until an owner cancels from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not give refunds on subscriptions.
Trial
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card, once per account and once per organisation, for up to 10 seats. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the organisation drops to Free limits. Nothing is deleted:
- Collections and environments on each computer stay readable and editable.
- Cloud copies of synced workspaces stay on the server read-only until you buy again; sync stops.
- Teammates lose server access; their local copies stay editable.
- Monitors pause; run history stays readable.
- Shared secrets already on a device keep working there; nothing new is shared.
Buying again turns paid features back on.
Sign-in
Create an account at cloud.porticol.app/sign-up with email, Google or GitHub. The desktop app uses the same account. Signing in uploads none of your work; see Sync.
Where to manage billing
Owners manage the plan, seats, trial and invoices under Billing in the account portal. The terms and privacy policy say more about payment and data.
